How to place your photo ad...

1. Pick out some photos. - Take photos with a digital camera and upload them to your computer before continuing. Photos should be in .jpg format and be less than 1 MegaByte in compressed size. We will resize/fix up your photos and then optimize them for our magazine and web site.

The following page will be the photo input section where you can upload them directly off your hard drive. If the files are too big, you can bring them in or click here to email them to us. If you have a film camera, you can have the film developer put the images on a CD, and contiue with step one. If digital images or a CD is not an option, we can scan in your prints for you at our FSBO store, or we can come out and professionally photograph the home for you for just $35.

2. Fill out the order form below. - If you would rather have us input your order in person, then you can fill out the order form toward the back of our magazine or you can download the order form here, and bring it in with you. THE NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS & PRICE FIELDS ARE MANDATORY.

3. Call (913) 498-3726 and set an appointment. - If you continue with the online form and upload your photos, we can completely process your order and have your signs ready within one business day! At that point you have the choice of coming in to pick up your sign package, have it delivered and installed, or have it shipped to you. (Extra fees may apply.) If you would rather sign up in person, just call and give us your listing phone number and property address so we can make your signs up in advance!
